Not exactly what I expected

The staff were accommodating, waiting late for our arrival due to a general strike. The room was nicely upgraded with clean, spacious living areas right in the city center! WOW!

Despite the wonderful aspects, I experienced inconvenient shower facilities. The small setup made it hard to use properly. The parking issues were frustrating as well!

The hotel was ideal, and fairly clean, and the location was convenient and handy in the centre of town. Location: the property was near to most key areas and local restaurants. It was close to Porto di Savona, where you can have dinner...

The staff - some of them were a little noisy.

Stayed in a reasonably large and functional room with extra space for dressing. Terrific service, even though a few employees were noisy🙂😀

Well, Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Noise from the nearby bistro can be bothersome!!! Shower facilities require better design to avoid inconveniences during use!!! Consider improving the air conditioning efficiency in the larger rooms!!!

The spacious room had a nice courtyard view, and the kitchenette was perfect for preparing coffee. I appreciated the clear instructions for late check-in and the comfortable ambiance.

Spacious apartments, ideal if you're looking for a base to explore the city with local amenities close by.

Big ol' thanks to Rosalba for bein' so kind and helpful from the jump. The room was real cozy and clean, had a modern feel. Can't beat that location, just a hop away from the sights. Love the comfy bed and the well-equipped kitchen. The shower was just right for an early riser like me.

The place seemed like a total mix-up. After expecting a luxurious upgrade, i was shocked to find out there's no air conditioning. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't. What a letdown!

Quality of toiletries provided

Location in the heart of the city made it super convenient for sightseeing. Spacious suite on the top floor felt luxurious and stylish, keeping the charm of the building intact. Clear and simple instructions for checking in made arrival stress-free. Shower facilities weren't great. The water pressure fluctuated, so taking a shower was unpredictable. The parking situation could be tricky, especially since I couldn't reserve ahead due to their parking filling up fast. Managed to park on the street without issues, but that could add hassle for a first-timer.

The double or twin room featured a fully equipped kitchen ideal for making snacks, combining comfort with practicality. Clean and spacious setup offered a pleasant ambiance.

The absence of air conditioning in some rooms can be a setback during warmer weather, especially with street noise from outside making it hard to find peace. While the bed suited some, side sleepers may find it a bit too firm for comfort.

I stayed in a double room and it felt spacious, almost like having an apartment. I wished I had more time to cook in the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a full-size fridge. The location made it easy to explore nearby sites. Even with check-in time constraints, everything went smoothly. As someone who enjoys road trips, I appreciated the proximity to shops and restaurants.

perfect base for exploring turin's landmarks and parks

my stay was fantastic, with an amazing central spot that allowed me to easily stroll to the royal palace and the beautiful piazza vittorio veneto, just a quick 10-minute walk away, making exploring the city effortless and enjoyable.

The beautiful double room was modern and super clean. It's centrally located. The staff was super friendly and helped me find a great restaurant just a short walk away. Having a good bath was a nice bonus too!

The location is excellent and unbeatable, around a 10-15 minute walk from a bustling square. the hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area, close to key attractions, local restaurants, and many sights in the old town and city center. - the rooms are beautifully decorated with high ceilings and fantastic views. - the breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of delicious meals to choose from.
